In the last few episodes, we’ve been talking about our amazing trip to Greece and all the sh*t that went wrong.
Well today we decided to bring on our amazing friend, Brianna Glen, who was part of the reason this trip, even though sh*t went wrong, was one of the MOST beautiful destinations we could have ever dreamed of visiting.
REAL TALK... this beautiful experience was due to Brianna.
She is a luxury boutique travel agent and happens to own a boutique travel agency, called Milk + Honey Travels.
She’s sharing with us her TOP REASONS for why travel should be a priority in your life and HOW to make it possible for you and your family.

It is just a highlight reel after all.
If you’ve kept up with us on social media then you know that we’ve been on a dream vacation the last week celebrating and making memories as a family.
The truth is, although this vacation honestly was a DREAM, there was also a lot of SHIT that went wrong… and we’re sharing all the tea on this week’s episode!

Let this episode be a reminder that nothing you see on social media is the full story! There’s always a back story and we hope that by sharing ours with you that...
Do you have a good relationship with money?
This is a question that can be difficult to answer for some because they don’t even know what their relationships with money is like.
They may be like me and Eddie back in 2005 when we were both bringing home six figures, overspending, and not saving.
Or they might be hoarding their money with the fear that they’ll never have enough to cover the life they want to live.
The reason we’re bringing this up is because your mindset around money is either propelling you or halting you in life.

We’re so excited to welcome back our special guest this week, ex NFL player, speaker, and now author, Anthony Trucks!
If you’ve been listening to the podcast for awhile you may remember Anthony back when we had him on episode 30! Just as the pandemic was starting, we welcomed Anthony on the PUSH podcast to talk about making Shift Happen in our lives to achieve happiness, success, freedom, and fulfillment. Now that life is starting to shift to a sense of normalcy, we decided to bring Anthony back to discuss how he pivoted during the pandemic and what he learned about human identity; including his own.

Question:
What level are you at in your business? What’s your goal when it comes to your business? And what’s going to result in the biggest return on your investment as far as time and money?
These are all questions you should ask yourself BEFORE expanding what you offer in your business!
If you’re working from home?
Then you might want to limit your assortment. Why? For most home-bakers you’re likely still a one man/woman show, may be limited on space, and may not be fully committed to this new business!
If you have a brick and mortar…
Then you may want to consider having a menu with options to serve the needs of your community.
Torn on which one suits you? Let’s talk Pro's & Con’s!
Let me share my story just in case you're new here….

Haters are ALWAYS gonna hate… but you can’t let them convince you that your message isn’t one worth sharing.
This week we’re so excited to welcome our new besties, Ashley and Steven Evans! Eddie came across the Evans on TikTok and once we heard their story we knew we just had to bring them on the podcast!
Ashley and Steven have a community of 800K followers on TikTok where they share behind-the-scenes moments of their mixed-race family. Considering the racial climate right now in our world, we found their message and platform so inspiring and we hope you guys fall in love with them just like we have!

Let’s talk about EVENTS!!!
Y’all wanna sign up for ALL KINDS of EVENTS! But listen up...not all events are worthy of your time! Let’s be real...MOST people want to participate in EVENTS & POP-UPS to simply make money. SHOW ME THE MONEY!!
I get it! BELIEVE me I do. BUT what some people don’t understand is EVENTS & POP-UPS are an opportunity to put YOUR BRAND’S best foot forward! I mean, when you realize that the point of participating in ANY event is the gain of FUTURE CLIENTS, not only will you put some thoughtfulness and energy into how you present your business and products, but MONEY (and customers) will FOLLOW TOO!
OK! So is your next pop-up or event worth it? Let’s figure this out together!
QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF
Who’s attending? Are they my ideal client? What type of event is it (indoor, Farmers Market, Trade Show, Community Event, Industry Show, Concert? Location of event? Would my product be a good fit there? What...
What if you woke up every day and just told yourself that, “Today is going to be an AWESOME DAY?”
That’s what our guest this week, Saul Blinkoff does every day.
Saul is a film director, animator, and voice actor who has spent the majority of his career working for Disney Animation; working on popular films such as Mulan, Tarzan, and Pocahontas; and is now working as the supervising producer on the DREAMWORKS hit show, Madagascar: A Little Wild
Saul and I connected on the Clubhouse streets and after having conversations with him about mindset, growth, raising children, and podcasting; I knew we had to have him on.
Here’s a breakdown of what Eddie and I discussed with Saul …
Have you ever wanted to take a leap of faith, make a big move or leave your career; but you let fear hold you back from making the decision?
At the end of our lives, you’re going to start to think about all the things we’ve done and the things we WISH we did. It’s those regrets that hang around like a dark cloud over us as we live out our lives.
That’s why the lesson of pursuit despite the unknown and fear is something we all need to learn and take notes on.
This week we’re welcoming our middle daughter, Kaylah, to share her decision to leave the United States and move to Scotland to pursue her dream of theater.
