QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF

What if you woke up every day and just told yourself that, “Today is going to be an AWESOME DAY?”
That’s what our guest this week, Saul Blinkoff does every day.
Saul is a film director, animator, and voice actor who has spent the majority of his career working for Disney Animation; working on popular films such as Mulan, Tarzan, and Pocahontas; and is now working as the supervising producer on the DREAMWORKS hit show, Madagascar: A Little Wild
Saul and I connected on the Clubhouse streets and after having conversations with him about mindset, growth, raising children, and podcasting; I knew we had to have him on.
Here’s a breakdown of what Eddie and I discussed with Saul …
Have you ever wanted to take a leap of faith, make a big move or leave your career; but you let fear hold you back from making the decision?
At the end of our lives, you’re going to start to think about all the things we’ve done and the things we WISH we did. It’s those regrets that hang around like a dark cloud over us as we live out our lives.
That’s why the lesson of pursuit despite the unknown and fear is something we all need to learn and take notes on.
This week we’re welcoming our middle daughter, Kaylah, to share her decision to leave the United States and move to Scotland to pursue her dream of theater.

Have you ever just apologized to someone because you wanted to move on from an obstacle, issue, or problem that has been lingering over your relationship?
If you said no, you’re probably lying cause I can guarantee everyone has done it at least once in their lifetime whether they realize it or not.
It’s so easy for us to give half-ass apologies especially when we’re young because with friends you get into little disagreements here and there, you talk about it, and push it under the rug.
Now that we’re entering into an age of cancel culture and it seems like every celebrity or person of influence is apologizing for something new everyday. It’s easy to see who’s being genuine and who’s just following a PR script.
On the flip side, as we get older, and we experience new things, as we grow, actions that mirror actions of a teenager are no longer acceptable.
For example, if you’ve listened to episode number...
As women, we often subject ourselves to comparison, self harassment, perfectionism, and when I see someone who’s WINNING at navigating those challenges I have to meet them
I connected with Morgan Richard Olivier a couple months ago and after conversing with her and sharing our views on comparison and female empowerment I just knew I had to bring her on as a guest of the PUSH Podcast.
So this week, we’re welcoming Morgan and sharing our conversation on healing, self love, and what it means to be a woman empowered!
Here’s a breakdown of what Morgan, Eddie, and myself discussed…
We love them, we hate them sometimes; but we can’t live without them. This week we’re spilling the tea on our family because craziness went down this past week at a party and it taught us a very important lesson.
Here’s a breakdown of what Eddie and I discussed…
You can’t choose your family, but you can choose your friends. This week we're sharing WHY it’s okay to outgrow your friends and break up with them.
This past weekend, Eddie, our daughter Jordan, and myself went to visit family and celebrate my little...
Lately, we’ve noticed that parenting styles have changed drastically!
So, this is a question to you if you’re a parent reading this; are we alone in this feeling?
As parents to three girls, parenting has been such a HUGE role in our lives and so we found it fit that nearing 100 episodes that we share this part of us with you!

Have you heard the saying, “when it rains, it pours?” Well, the saying works for both blessings and for problems!
You may be going through a tough season of life right now where shit just doesn’t feel good. You may be feeling like you’re being tested with obstacle after obstacle, and you just can’t catch a break and that the universe is testing you. You may feel like you’re treading water and just hoping for someone to throw you a life jacket.
If this sounds familiar then this episode is for you.

This is a PSA to tell you to SLOW the F*ck DOWN!
Whether that’s in life or in your business, you have to slow down in order to progress.
Let me explain…
People always want things to come instantly! Instant things such as, weight loss, a healthy body, finances, relationships, marriage, more sales in our business, more customers, to be an industry leader overnight; whatever that “thing” is that you desire, it’s NOT going to magically happen for you overnight. It’s just not.
When you’re in constant “hustle & grind” mode, you’re not working yourself to the PEAK of success; in turn you’re actually working your body and mind into overwhelm, overwork, comparison and resentment.
That’s why in this week’s PUSH we’re sharing HOW to move past the difficult seasons in your life and in your business.
Here’s a breakdown of what Eddie and I...
What if…
What if it doesn’t work? What if I fail? What if I lose everything? What if I’m not good enough?
The one thing all these questions have in common is they aren’t REALITY. When we make decisions in our life with the idea of the “what if” in the back of our minds; the decision you’re questioning isn’t going to end well.
When we approach life with the concept of “what if” we’re already creating self-doubt; whether that be in the actual decision or self-doubt in yourself.
This week on the PUSH Podcast we’re sharing HOW to overcome limiting beliefs and self-doubt so you can pursue your dreams and goals in confidence.
