I TEACH SMALL BUSINESS OWNERS HOW TO CREATE UNSTOPPABLE BRANDS AND INCREASE THEIR PROFITS!
Because let's face it... If you're not making money, your business doesn't make sense.
Fact is, every single of us at some point in our lives is going to experience imposter syndrome.
If you don’t know what imposter syndrome is then let me enlighten you.
Imposter syndrome is the inability to see how GOOD you actually are because you’re blinded by the idea that you don’t belong.
We experience this especially when we enter into a new level of our lives or a place that feels unfamiliar. Whether that’s in our careers, or in business, it’s easy to fall into the belief that you don’t belong.
Just know that it’s completely normal and it doesn’t make you incapable of experiencing success or accomplishing your big goals and dreams. If anything, it means you’re a human who’s looking to GROW and friend that’s an amazing thing.

This episode has been a long time coming friends.
This week we're talking about mental health and given our cultural environment right now, COVID, everything that’s going on around the world, and all the other life challenges we get thrown at us; it’s more important than ever to make our mental health a priority.
You hear society always talk about physical health when in reality, mental health is just as important if not more.
After going through a year of lock-up and not knowing what the future may hold, the toll on our mental health as a country has skyrocketed. That’s why in this episode we wanted to share some proactive ways we can all hopefully use to cope and get back to feeling a sense of normalcy.

I had a little breakdown a few weeks ago..
We have all of our kids home with us for another 5 months, and then 2 will be gone, and off to college. And just like that, our family of 5 will shrink down to 3. (I’m gonna start crying again just typing this…)
We were planning on focusing on our backyard this year (landscaping, pool needs resurfacing, new patio/deck, etc.).. But when I realized with everyone’s hectic schedules and new changes were right around the corner, I thought: “What’s the MOST important thing to focus on this year, with such a big...
It’s crazy to think how fast time flies…
I woke up to a Facebook memory (thanks Facebook) from August 27th, 2020 when Eddie and I celebrated my retirement and the last day The Cake Mamas was in business.
Being reminded of that day brought back so many memories. From building the business from nothing, to expanding it too two locations, to pivoting into coaching in 2017, to eventually retiring in 2020.
It brought on a ton of emotions… but looking back, I’m so glad I made the decision I did. The reality is, my passion for baking and creating was gone. I found myself feeling full and excited when it came to coaching and serving others in the small business space. So that’s what I did.
Once I retired from the bakery, I devoted my full-time to my coaching business with Eddie and now with over a thousand students and four years later, we’ve learned so much from them that we want to share with you.
Here’s a breakdown...
In the last few episodes, we’ve been talking about our amazing trip to Greece and all the sh*t that went wrong.
Well today we decided to bring on our amazing friend, Brianna Glen, who was part of the reason this trip, even though sh*t went wrong, was one of the MOST beautiful destinations we could have ever dreamed of visiting.
REAL TALK... this beautiful experience was due to Brianna.
She is a luxury boutique travel agent and happens to own a boutique travel agency, called Milk + Honey Travels.
She’s sharing with us her TOP REASONS for why travel should be a priority in your life and HOW to make it possible for you and your family.

If you’ve kept up with us on social media then you know that we’ve been on a dream vacation the last week celebrating and making memories as a family.
The truth is, although this vacation honestly was a DREAM, there was also a lot of SHIT that went wrong… and we’re sharing all the tea on this week’s episode!

Do you have a good relationship with money?
This is a question that can be difficult to answer for some because they don’t even know what their relationships with money is like.
They may be like me and Eddie back in 2005 when we were both bringing home six figures, overspending, and not saving.
Or they might be hoarding their money with the fear that they’ll never have enough to cover the life they want to live.
The reason we’re bringing this up is because your mindset around money is either propelling you or halting you in life.

We’re so excited to welcome back our special guest this week, ex NFL player, speaker, and now author, Anthony Trucks!
If you’ve been listening to the podcast for awhile you may remember Anthony back when we had him on episode 30! Just as the pandemic was starting, we welcomed Anthony on the PUSH podcast to talk about making Shift Happen in our lives to achieve happiness, success, freedom, and fulfillment. Now that life is starting to shift to a sense of normalcy, we decided to bring Anthony back to discuss how he pivoted during the pandemic and what he learned about human identity; including his own.

Question:
What level are you at in your business? What’s your goal when it comes to your business? And what’s going to result in the biggest return on your investment as far as time and money?
These are all questions you should ask yourself BEFORE expanding what you offer in your business!
If you’re working from home?
Then you might want to limit your assortment. Why? For most home-bakers you’re likely still a one man/woman show, may be limited on space, and may not be fully committed to this new business!
If you have a brick and mortar…
Then you may want to consider having a menu with options to serve the needs of your community.
Torn on which one suits you? Let’s talk Pro's & Con’s!
Let me share my story just in case you're new here….
