We’ve talked about them briefly in previous podcast episodes but since we’re only one week away from the New Year we thought we’d share some tips to help you kick off the year with a bang!

We’re huge fans of New Year's resolutions! Not so much for the strict discipline surrounding our daily routine but more so for creating aspirations!
It’s common that people don’t believe in New Year’s resolutions because they tend to fall off of routine, the goals and aspirations they’ve set for themselves. They mess up one day and all of sudden they throw in the towel.
This narrative makes sense considering the last two years and how unpredictable those years have been. However, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t set standards for yourself or go after something BIGGER and BETTER!
Eddie and I believe that new year represents new beginnings and hope, which is why Eddie and I created this episode to share seven tips to help you start the new year on the right foot.
These tips or STEPS will help you with your goal setting for the new year by offering a new perspective on how to view your goals so you can PUSH through when things feel difficult.
