I’ve found this is especially true when you’re trying to manage all the things. Most of us are juggling family, business, relationships, plus all the other things we’ve added to our plates so it makes sense that we crumble when we’re faced with stressful situations.
One thing I do know based on my past experience is remaining calm and finding peace during moments like these can be difficult, but it doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
