Most of us are programmed to grind culture. You get up everyday, work your 40 hours and get a paycheck. You also may be starting your business and working day in and day out to turn your passion into a full-time job but then end up becoming resentful.
This is when rest is important.
Just like healing your body after a heavy work-out is essential for your health, taking time to rest, reflect, and rejuvenate is also crucial to your mental well-being.
