Have you ever just apologized to someone because you wanted to move on from an obstacle, issue, or problem that has been lingering over your relationship? 

If you said no, you’re probably lying cause I can guarantee everyone has done it at least once in their lifetime whether they realize it or not. 

It’s so easy for us to give half-ass apologies especially when we’re young because with friends you get into little disagreements here and there, you talk about it, and push it under the rug. 

Now that we’re entering into an age of cancel culture and it seems like every celebrity or person of influence is apologizing for something new everyday. It’s easy to see who’s being genuine and who’s just following a PR script. 

On the flip side, as we get older, and we experience new things, as we grow, actions that mirror actions of a teenager are no longer acceptable.
