This post was inspired by my pastor @drjimreeve.ππ½ *I’m not quite sure he meant it in the way I’m positioning it to you now,ππΌβοΈπ but nonetheless, it inspired my thoughts for those of you looking to become business owners/entrepreneurs...

*β οΈTHIS IS A TOUGH LOVE POST:
Some of you need to get better at taking advice or feedback.π³ PERIOD. Some of you immediately become DEFENSIVE π‘ anytime someone proposes a new idea or viewpoint, OR anytime someone expresses disapproval or points out opportunities or mistakes you’ve made. .
When really, THIS IS HOW YOU GROW!ππΌβοΈπ± .

GROWTH is uncomfortable and requires new perspectives, a new mindset, new ways of thinking, new ways of reacting and digesting information or feedback that may be different from what you’ve done or known to be true in the past. .
So I’ll ask you this: Are you open to feedback? Are you open to constructive criticism? Are you allowing yourself to grow in new directions and develop new perspectives? If not, you’re likely setting yourself up to fail or to stay exactly where you are in life. .
So, which will you choose? Growth or stubbornness???
