5 THINGS I LEARNED FROM YOU THIS WEEK!

These past few weeks have been crazy to say the least. A lot of life changing shit has happened including closing my business of 10 years to help other entrepreneurs build their dream businesses!

Let me reassure you this isn’t a sad thing. I’m so EXCITED for this next chapter of my life and can’t wait to fully commit to this new business.

If you’ve been following me recently then you know The Cake Mamas had a huge garage sale to liquidate all our equipment and tons of fellow bakers and supporters came out which was amazing but after interacting and observing some of them I’ve noticed some important lessons that I want to share.

Here’s a breakdown of what Eddie and I discussed…

Stop making yourself small (12:28)

Don’t hold onto things (19:54)
Always ask for the sale (24:22)
Why you shouldn’t expect a lot of support from friends and family in your business (27:42)
