By registering for the Passion To Profit course, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully as they form a binding legal agreement.

1. Scope of Terms
These Terms apply to all participants enrolled in the Course. By registering for or accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided within the Course is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, publicize, or use the Course material other than as authorized under these Terms without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use or sale of the provided content or materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment Obligations
a. The Course is not a subscription service. It is offered as part of a fixed-term payment plan over three (3) or six (6) months. Upon registering, you commit to the full Payment Plan as a contractual obligation.
b. Failure to fulfill your payment commitments will result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Course materials and any associated online communities. Such suspension or termination does not absolve you of your commitment to complete all payments under the Payment Plan.
c. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to initiate collection procedures. You are responsible for any costs associated with these procedures, including, but not limited to, legal and collection fees.

4. No Refunds
All payments made in connection with the Course are non-refundable. By agreeing to these Terms and enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this 'no refund' policy.

5. Termination for Breach
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Course, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Termination will not relieve you of the obligation to pay any amounts due.

6. Agreement to Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Course, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms. Non-compliance with any of the above terms may result in legal action and the immediate suspension of your account and access to materials, without exemption from your payment obligations under the Payment Plan.
