Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Power Hour Coaching is an annual subscription-based coaching program that provides members with exclusive access to tools, resources, and coaching calls designed to enhance personal and professional growth.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • This is an annual membership subscription billed at $300 per year ($29/month billed annually).
  • By subscribing, you authorize a one-time annual payment that will automatically renew every year on the same date unless canceled prior to renewal.
  • Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused services, or failure to attend coaching sessions.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but your cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Once canceled, you will retain access to all tools, resources, and coaching calls until the end of your paid annual term.
  • There are no refunds for any remaining months of the current subscription year, even if you choose to stop using the service.

4. No Refund Policy

  • All payments made are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, unused membership periods, or forgetting to cancel before the renewal date.

5. Membership Access & Changes

  • Your membership grants you access to coaching materials and resources as long as your subscription is active.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the coaching program at any time.

6. Agreement to Terms

By subscribing to Power Hour Coaching, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable payment policy. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe to the program.
