1:1 Private Coaching Service Agreement
By purchasing this coaching package, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms with Cope Land Inc., providing coaching through Janelle Copeland (“Coach”).
Program Overview
This $750 Private 1:1 Coaching Package includes:
- Four private coaching calls, scheduled either weekly over one month or every other week over eight weeks.
- Strategic coaching focused on your business priorities, which may include operations, systems, marketing, leadership, pricing, and profitability.
- Personalized action steps and relevant coaching tools.
- Accountability and progress reviews during your calls.
- Limited between-call support for urgent questions or feedback, through a channel and within boundaries agreed upon in writing.
Your schedule and coaching start date will be confirmed in writing. This purchase includes four total calls, regardless of the schedule selected.
This is a strategy and accountability coaching relationship. You’re responsible for implementing the recommendations; this is not a done-for-you service.
Investment & Payment Terms
- Total investment: $750, paid in full at checkout.
- This is a one-time package purchase, not a recurring subscription.
- Your purchase is nontransferable without Coach’s written approval.
- If a payment is declined or reversed, Coach may pause services until payment is resolved, subject to applicable law.
No Refunds or Package Cancellations
All sales are final. This package is nonrefundable and cannot be canceled, except as required by applicable law or expressly provided in this agreement.
Changing your mind, experiencing scheduling conflicts or financial difficulty, choosing not to participate, missing calls, or not achieving your desired results does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
You may choose to stop participating, but voluntary withdrawal does not create a right to reimbursement.
Nothing in this agreement waives legally protected cancellation, refund, or billing-dispute rights.
Scheduling & Attendance
- Calls are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.
- Client is responsible for attending on time and prepared. Late arrival does not extend the appointment.
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice and is subject to mutual availability within the coaching period.
- Missed calls and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and will not be replaced or refunded.
- Calls must be completed within the selected one-month or eight-week coaching period unless an extension is approved in writing.
- Unused calls expire at the end of that period, provided Coach has offered reasonable scheduling availability.
If Coach must cancel a call, a replacement will be arranged without an additional charge, and the coaching period will be extended if necessary.
Client Responsibility & No Guaranteed Results
Results require action-but action does not guarantee a specific outcome.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- You’re responsible for showing up, providing accurate business information, asking questions, and implementing agreed action steps.
- Progress depends on your follow-through, decisions, consistency, resources, and business circumstances.
- Market conditions and other factors outside either party’s control may affect results.
Coach does not guarantee that coaching will “work” for you or produce specific revenue, profit, sales, growth, or recovery of your investment.
Testimonials and past client results are examples, not promises of what you’ll achieve. Not achieving a desired outcome does not, by itself, create a right to a refund.
Scope of Coaching
Coaching may address business strategy, operations, systems, delegation, marketing, pricing, profitability, leadership, and decision-making.
Coaching is educational and does not replace legal, accounting, financial, tax, medical, or mental health advice. Client is responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals when needed and making their own business decisions.
Intellectual Property
Coach retains ownership of original coaching materials, including worksheets, templates, training content, and resources created or customized for your sessions. Personalizing materials for your business does not transfer ownership.
You may use these materials for your own learning and internal business operations. Without written permission, you may not sell, publish, publicly distribute, or repackage them into your own coaching, courses, workshops, or paid resources.
You retain ownership of your own business materials and may apply the general business knowledge you learn.
Confidentiality & Recording
Both parties agree to protect the other’s nonpublic business and personal information. Disclosure is permitted with permission, to professional advisers bound by confidentiality, or when required by law. Information already public or independently obtained is not confidential.
Neither party may record calls, including through an AI meeting assistant, without the other’s prior permission.
Coach will not use your identity, private communications, or identifiable results in marketing without separate permission. Nothing in this agreement restricts honest reviews or legally protected disclosures.
Termination & Undelivered Services
Coach may suspend or terminate services for threats, harassment, abusive behavior, material intellectual property violations, or other material breaches. Where a breach can reasonably be corrected, Client will receive written notice and an opportunity to correct it.
Termination caused by Client’s material breach does not automatically entitle Client to a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
If Coach ends the engagement without Client’s material breach or permanently cannot deliver the remaining services, Client will receive $187.50 for each undelivered call. Nothing in this agreement limits nonwaivable remedies for Coach’s failure to provide the agreed services.
